Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Big School platform operated by DEPI (Digital Education Products & Intelligence). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of your organisation.

Big School is provided on a seat-based subscription. Pricing is calculated by the number of seats and the subscription term selected at purchase. Each seat is for a single named user and may not be shared.

Subscriptions renew at the end of each term unless cancelled in line with your agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with the marketing, data protection, and electronic communication laws that apply in the markets you contact. You are responsible for the content of the outreach you send and for maintaining appropriate consent and suppression practices.

You may not use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to circumvent suppression or unsubscribe mechanisms, or to resell or redistribute the contact database.

When you send communications through the platform, you act as the data controller for those communications. Big School provides the tools, database, and sending infrastructure; you determine who you contact and what you send, and you remain responsible for that decision.

We aim to provide a reliable, available service and reasonable support, but the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEPI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
